Our sauna world with relaxation rooms, natural bathing pond, Spa Penthouse, and the “Anima” exercise room is only accessible for our guests aged 16 and up. Feel the soothing, healing power of nature.

Infrared cabin with panoramic views

In our new infrared sauna, you can enjoy the soothing warmth with a beautiful panoramic view over the sauna garden and the Monticolo/Montiggl biotope. Infrared radiation provides contactless pampering and does not affect skin thermoregulation. It’s absorbed by the upper layers of skin and transformed into heat, causing the body to increase the circulation of blood to the skin to cool it down.

Saltwater steam bath | 45°C

Mild radiant heat, steam, and salt add up to a unique wellness experience. A visit to the saltwater steam bath has a beneficial effect on your airways and skin, improves concentration, and boosts your general well-being. The steam bath also alleviates joint pain and circulatory problems as well as relieving tension.

Finnish event sauna | 90°C

The vaporisation of water on hot stones in the sauna creates bursts of steam, which cause the body to sweat.
