Everything you need to know

Our prices are dynamic and can vary due to the booking situation. They are per person and night including our 3/4 board "light". For all persons over 14 years a local tax of 3,00 € per person and night will be charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay.
For bookings with breakfast we deduct 12 €.

Your hotel bill can be paid in all currencies in cash, by debit card, or credit card (except for American Express and Diners Club). There’s no processing fee for payment by credit or debit card.

Foreign currencies are exchanged at the reception at the current daily rate.

Please note that cash payments are subject to a limit of €4,999.99 in Italy.

We do not usually request payment of a deposit here at Gartenhotel Moser.

Anything can happen before your holiday. Our travel cancellation insurance gives you financial peace of mind. In case of delayed arrival, full cancellation, or early departure, cancellation fees may be incurred.

If you cancel your holiday last minute, the following conditions apply:

• 30 days before your planned arrival we don't charge any cancelation fee
• 30 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total rate
• From 6 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total rate
• In the case of late arrival or early departure: 50% of the agreed daily rate per unused night
• In the case of no-show: 80% of the agreed total rate

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. The cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed by us via e-mail.

Your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to spoil you on the garden terrace or in the restaurant until your room is ready. We kindly ask you to inform us if you will not be able to arrive by 7 p.m. on your arrival day. If you arrive later in the day, we will be happy to prepare a small dinner menu for you upon request.

Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on your departure day.

Late check-out: €75.00 per room (can only be booked the day before departure)

You are welcome to use the hotel facilities (light lunch, pools, children’s club, etc.) on your departure day. You can also use our changing rooms including lockers and shower.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to bring your four-legged friend on holiday with you. We accept one dog per family (only with your own dog basket/blanket). The daily rate for dogs is €25.00. Dogs are not allowed in the Garden suites in RAMUS. We reserve the right to charge you a final cleaning fee if required. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed to enter the dining rooms and wellness area.h.

All our rooms & suites are non-smoking.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all our rooms, suites, and communal areas at Gartenhotel Moser.

Please note that the example pictures are schematic representations. The layout of the rooms and suites may differ. The size of the rooms in square metres is calculated using the area of the room or suite, the bathroom, and the balcony.

Thank you for understanding that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. However, we will be happy to make a note of your request.

So that you can explore South Tyrol in a cost-effective way, you can purchase the mobilcard (free use of public transport) or the museumobil card (free use of public transport and admission to over 80 museums and exhibitions) for 3 or 7 days. There is also the bikemobil card for passionate cyclists. The advantage cards are available at Eppan tourist office and at Bolzano train station.
